  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
  • Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates & Charges

6. UK-Only Shipping

  • At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
  • Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will not be processed and will be refunded.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Trendfull is not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions, strikes, or weather conditions).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
